With great pride, we would like to present our SPUMANTE CLASSlCO SECCO MILLESIMATO pas dosè, taken from the Verdicchio grape. The grapes are matured in our Vineyards in Monte Roberto by entirely natural processes - the changing of the seasons and the sun. The Peruzzi family give importance to the authenticity of the product as well as the taste, which is why we have elected not to use chemicals in our small family run business. We use exclusively natural methods to achieve a high quality sparkling wine. The grapes are scrupulously selected during the harvest, pressed the very same day and passed through a cooling system. The wine is left to mature for three years in our underground cellars where the constant temperature allows for a high level of refinement, producing the kind of quality sparkhing wine we would like to offer our clients.
